Michael Ray Garvin is a former NFL player and Professional Track athlete. He was signed to the Arizona Cardinals and Detroit Lions. Michael Ray competed in the 2011 USA Indoor championships and placed 5th in the 60 meters with a time of 6.63.
Michael Ray was the fastest man of the 2009 NFL Draft. He posted unofficial times of 4.18 and 4.22. The official times were 4.24 & 4.28. On his pro day he jumped a 10'8 broad jump and benched press 225lbs for 18 reps. His weight was 174lbs. While running his 40yd dash, the world famous picture was taken which gave Michael the nickname, "The World's Most Jacked Athlete."
For a workout with the Las vegas Locomotives, a United Football League team, Michael Ray clocked a 40 time of 4.13 in front of the former NFL Head coach Jim Fassel.
Michael Ray has a bench press max of 405lbs. at a body weight of 180lbs. He explains nutrition, supplements, and training methods in his book called, "The Universal Athlete."

Michael Ray has also competed in the 2016 American Ninja Warrior Qualifying round in Oklahoma City. His story being nicknamed the World's Most Jacked Athlete was featured on NBC.
